The vineyard

The majority of our vineyards is located in the Montagne de Reims in Verzenay, Verzy, Sillery and Ambonnay. Those four prestigious villages are “Grand Cru 100%” thanks to the exceptional quality of their “terroir”.

The chalk subsoil that regulates soil temperature and humidity as well as ideal hillside inclination offering full exposure to the sun, allow each grape variety to fully ripe : the Pinot Noir brings structure to the blend and Chardonnay brings finesse.

We use the most care in cultivating our vineyards. Therefore, each plot is carefully monitored using sustainable methods, good for the soil and  the environment.
